NetInstallerがDEP環境下で動作しない

Description

たいした問題ではないのですが、NetInstaller?であるsetup-ja.exe(version 3.00.5)が、強制DEP環境下で全く動作しないことを確認しました。もしかしたらMeadow本体も動作しないかもしれませんが、そこまでは確認していません。
