Cleanup files by sync'ing with emacs cvs repository.

* calc/calc-maint.el: Removed because it is no longer exist in
cvs repository since 2004-11-26.

* eshell/esh-groups.el: Removed because which is auto-generated
file which is no longer exist in cvs repository since 2002-04-01.

* net/password.el: Removed because it is no longer exist in
cvs repository since 2004-10-29.

* eshell: Set svn:ignore property sync with .cvsignore.
