Removed some files which should be removed in last sync-up with
emacs-cvs.

* mh-e/mh-index.el: Removed because it is already merged into
mh-search.el.

* mh-e/mh-pick.el: Likewise.

* mh-e/mh-exec.el: Removed because it is already merged into
mh-e.el.

* mh-e/mh-loaddef.el: Removed because is is not under version
control in emacs-cvs.
